About Ms. Mozdzen
Hello. My name is Ms. Mozdzen! I am in my 15th year of teaching. I spent my first year teaching at a local charter school and then 8 years at Park Forest Middle School. I earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University and a Master's of Science in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Emporia State University.
At MNMS, I teach 8th grade Health, and 6th & 7th grade Physical Education. I work part-time as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and I am an instructor for Penn State's EMT training course.
I enjoy running, basketball, mountain biking, swimming, reading, playing a variety of sports and games, and spending time with my friends, family (specifically my 2 nieces and nephew!), and my kitty Ellie Mae. It is my goal to guide all of my students in the process of being physically active and healthy for a lifetime!
