Meet Miss Ratvasky! 

Hi students and families! I’m Becky Ratvasky, and it’s so nice to meet you! I’m a senior at Penn State studying 4-8 math education, and I’m so excited to be student teaching in Ms. Mitchell’s class this semester. As a part of my certification, I will be observing and teaching under Ms. Mitchell at MNMS every day until the end of April.  I grew up in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania in a Penn State family, so it’s especially exciting to complete this experience in State College!

Outside of school, I waitress at Texas Roadhouse and have been involved in THON and dance organizations during my time at PSU. I also love animals, but especially my 15-year-old dachshund, Petey, and my roommate’s cat, Chicken.

Above all, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my friends, whether on a vacation, a kayaking trip, or just playing board games on the couch.
