Mr. McDonough teaches 6th Grade Instrumental Music Performance for Band in both Park Forest Middle School and Mount Nittany Middle School. He enjoys teaching this grade level immensely as this is a level at which these students make a tremendous amount of progress in their skills. Mr. McDonough is an Alumnus of State College Area School District and upon graduation, enlisted in the United States Air Force. Upon being honorably discharged, he earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Penn State University. He enjoys music, the outdoors,  tinkering with automobiles and spending time with his beautiful family, wife Melissa and daughters, Colleen and Grace.
