About Mr. Franks

I am a State High graduate (1985) and graduated from Penn State in 1989 with a degree in Geography. I earned my Social Studies teaching certificate in 1994 also from Penn State. I have been teaching Social Studies and/or supervising the MRC within the district since 1995. 

 

I am married and have four kids who all have graduated from the State College Area School District. My interests include sports of all kinds (PSU football, Steelers football, and Cincinnati Reds baseball in particular), running, and doing things with my family.
